• Bookings are on a weekly basis or short breaks with a minimal stay of 3 nights.
• You must be over 21 years of age to book.
• Letting commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure.
• A deposit of 20% is required; balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If bookings are made six weeks or less in advance of the period of Lett then full payment will be required at the time of booking.
• We are unable to accommodate Pets except for Guide Dogs.
• All properties are strictly non smoking.
